1) Introduction
Grace Christian Church (“GCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online church
relationship management system (“CRM” or “Platform”) that allows registered users
(“you,” “your,” or “User”) to make donations, set up recurring giving, and view giving
records. By creating an account, donating, or using the Platform, you agree to these
Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2) Eligibility & Account
- You must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent) to create an account or donate.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and all activity under your account.
3) Donations & Payments
- Donations may be one-time or recurring. Recurring donations authorize automatic charges until canceled.
- Receipts are provided electronically; consult your tax advisor for deductibility.
- Refunds: Generally non-refundable. Contact us within 30 days if a charge seems incorrect.

Fees: Payment processors may charge fees.
If “cover fees” is selected, you agree to pay the additional shown amount.
4) User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Access accounts or data without authorization.
- Interfere with security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violations.
5) Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect and process personal information to operate the Platform. See our Privacy Policy: www.ecgg.org/privacy
- We use safeguards such as encryption and least-privilege access to protect data.

Third-party processors: Payment info is processed by services like Stripe or PayPal; GCC does not store full card data.

U.S. Law & GDPR: We comply with applicable laws.
Rights may include: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection.

Data Retention: Donation/account records are kept as required by law, then anonymized or deleted.
- Cross-border data transfers use legally approved safeguards.
6) Communications
By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails (receipts, notices).
You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails anytime.
7) Electronic Records & Signatures
You consent to receiving records and doing business electronically.
8) Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned by GCC or its licensors. Your use is limited to
personal, church-related, non-commercial purposes.
9) Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
GCC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement.
10) Limitation of Liability
GCC and its personnel are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount you donated in the previous 6 months.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GCC from claims resulting from your misuse of the Platform
or violation of these Terms.
12) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons or violations.
You may close your account anytime; donation data may be retained as required by law.
13) Changes to Platform or Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
14) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by Georgia state law.
Disputes must be brought in Cobb County, Georgia courts.
